Can I change my plan at any time?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from your account. The change takes effect on the next billing cycle. No penalties or extra costs.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express). Payments are processed securely. We do not store your card details.
Is there a discount on the annual plan?
Yes. Choosing annual billing gives you 2 months free on Starter, Pro and Custom plans (equivalent to a 16.7% discount). Payment is made upfront for 12 months.
What happens when my free trial ends?
At the end of 7 days, your account automatically switches to a limited mode. You are not charged. You can choose a paid plan when you're ready, or continue on the free plan with reduced features.
Can I connect more than one WhatsApp number?
Each active chatbot can connect to one WhatsApp number. With the Pro plan you get up to 5 chatbots (5 numbers), Business up to 10, and Custom 15 or more. Each number works independently.
