Does the bot understand voice messages and images?
Yes. Pro, Business, and Custom plans include voice message comprehension (the bot transcribes and responds) and image/PDF reading from customers. This is one of the platform's most exclusive capabilities.
How long will it take to create my first chatbot?

Do I need to know how to code?

Yes. Pro, Business, and Custom plans include integrated AI that allows the bot to interpret open-ended questions, respond naturally, and learn from conversation context. In the Business plan you can train the AI with your own content.
Can I integrate BuilderBot with my CRM?
Yes. BuilderBot Cloud connects with Chatwoot and other CRMs via webhooks and REST API (available on Pro plans and above). All conversation data is centralized in your management tool.
Do you have technical support?
Yes. All plans include email support and video tutorials. Pro and higher plans have priority support, and the Custom plan includes dedicated support with an assigned account manager.
Do I need to enter credit card details for the free trial?
No. The Free plan requires no credit card. You can explore the platform for 7 days completely free and decide if you want to continue with a paid plan.
Can I use BuilderBot Cloud as a developer or agency?
Yes. The Custom plan is designed for agencies and resellers: includes 15+ active chatbots, special pricing, custom API, and priority support. Many developers also use the Business plan to offer chatbots as a service to their own clients.
